To better capitalize on the growth runway and open the world of possibilities for the Bharat customer, the bank has set up a separate Bharat Bank vertical. It is an amalgamation of products and geography, handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches. The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches, partnerships, and digital presence, creating tailored products and processes, and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer. The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring AbouttheRole Transaction Banking & Cross Sell Manager is specialist role in Trade, Forex & HV Current Account sourcing. Driving Trade, Forex business in assigned geography (including New to Forex & New to Trade customers). Driving sourcing of high value Current Accounts (with forex, trade and CMS potential) & providing solutions. Close coordination with Liability Sales Team for driving HV CA Self-Sourcing of Current Accounts for Trade, Forex & CMS facilities. Lead Generation for new to bank loan customers with Trade Finance & Forex requirements. Regular Engagement with targeted NTB & assigned ETB customers. Promoting Digital Banking with ETB customers. Achieving assigned Non-Credit Fee Income from Forex, Derivatives, CMS, Current Accounts, etc. Training Champion for the regional resources in Trade, Forex & CMS solution Educating customers and promoting them to opt for Digital Transactions / Statements, etc. Key Responsibilities Work closely with key stakeholders for achieving assigned responsibility. Qualifications Graduate from a recognized institute / University Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess: Direct Experience in Trade Finance, Forex, CMS and Business Banking. Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language (preferable) Ability to work as a team and mentor the members of the team on on-going basis Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders.
