The Production Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet the required quality standards before they are dispatched The role involves inspecting raw materials in-process items and finished goods maintaining proper records and coordinating with the production team to ensure continuous improvement in product quality Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials in-process items and finished products as per quality standards Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments e g Vernier Calipers Micrometers Gauges Identify document and report any non-conformities or defects Maintain inspection records reports and rejection logs accurately Ensure that only quality-approved products move to the next production stage or dispatch Support the production team in identifying and resolving quality-related issues Follow standard operating procedures SOPs and quality checklists Ensure compliance with company quality policies and safety standards Assist in root cause analysis and corrective preventive actions CAPA Participate in regular training and audits related to quality control Qualifications Skills Education Diploma ITI B E Any degree preferably in Mechanical Production or Industrial disciplines Experience 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Freshers can also apply Technical Skills Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring instruments Understanding of ISO standards and quality documentation Soft Skills Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under minimal supervision Time management and reporting accuracy Work Conditions Working Hours As per company shift schedule Location Maraica Industries Kottaiyur Tamil Nadu Employment Type Full-Time On-Roll Benefits Competitive salary and incentives On-the-job training Career growth opportunities within the organization Safe and supportive work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Benefits Provident Fund
