The **Production Quality Inspector** is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet the required quality standards before they are dispatched. The role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods, maintaining proper records, and coordinating with the production team to ensure continuous improvement in product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products as per quality standards.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges).
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or defects.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and rejection logs accurately.
- Ensure that only quality-approved products move to the next production stage or dispatch.
- Support the production team in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and safety standards.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participate in regular training and audits related to quality control.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma / ITI / B.E/Any degree (preferably in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial disciplines).
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (Freshers can also apply).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of ISO standards and quality documentation.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Time management and reporting accuracy.
