® Inspection & Maintain of Incoming Inspection Report, Patrol Inspection Report, Setup Approval Report on Daily Basis For Shift Wise,

® Handling of NC Parts & Rejection Parts on Shift Basis.

® Updating of Daily Rejection Report on Shift Basis.

® Updating & Review of NON Conformance Register on Shift Basis & Ensure The NC Should be within the Target.

® Operator Check Sheet to be Validated On Hourly Basis, Operator sign & Line Inspector Sign to be Ensured On Shift Closing.

® Monthly Rejection To be Closed & Quantity to be Declared.

® Gauges & Instruments to be Used for Running Parts Only, Remaining Gauges to be Moved to Gauges Rack.

® Work Standard to Be Displayed on Each Machine For Running of Parts.

® Segregation of Parts at Customer End, If any Complaint have Being Raised.

® Conduct Quality Awareness Training to the Operator & Keep The Record,

® Take CAPA for Process rejections, Maintain Within the Targets,

® Maintaining Of Red Bin & Yellow Bin At Shop Floor At Respective Area.

® 5S implementation at Quality Area.

® Maintaining of IATF Documents As Per The Standard.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
