ABOUT US JOB DESCRIPTIONRole Summary Strong educational background in weld integrity .. Key Responsibilities
• Need Experience in Metallurgical, surface hardness, case depth measurement, microstructures coating tests.
•    Expertise in Projection welding / Spot welding 
•    Technical understanding of ASTM/ IS/ISO/DIN Standards.
•    Strong understanding on process knowledge provided by customer and good interaction with them are my key skills
•    Implement and maintain quality system as per customer Weld quality. Thorough knowledge in documentation of 
•    QMS documentation development and Implementation.
•    Design/ Engineering change management (Customer, Inhouse & Suppliers).
•    Conducting department and Interdepartmental meetings
•    Weld parameter for new products. 
•    Preparation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure 
•    Failure analysis of the components.
•    Well known about CQI5 Audit.
•    Positive material identification 
•    Liquid Penetrant Testing 
•    Magnetic Particle Testing  Key Qualifications/Requirements
• knowledge in DOE.   Knowledge and Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Work Experience
• At least 5 years' experience preferably worked in Weld quality system. Additional information
• Any other activities as may be assigned by the departmental in-charge
