Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Production based in Chennai. The Assistant Manager Production will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing the production team, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining product quality standards, and improving production efficiency. This role involves scheduling and resource planning, monitoring production costs, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Experience in maintaining Product Quality Standards and enhancing Production Efficiency
  • Scheduling and Cost Monitoring skills
  • Knowledge of Safety and Regulatory Compliance standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, especially in battery packs, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field
