QUALITY INSPECTOR EXPERIENCE IN SHEET METALS AEROSPACE EXPERIENCE -MIN 2yrs ONLY MALE CANDIDATES WORKING LOCATION BANGALORE Attention to Detail A meticulous eye for detail is essential for identifying defects deviations from specifications and other quality issues in products Inspectors must carefully examine each component or product to ensure it meets the required standards Understanding of Quality Standards Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards regulations and specifications relevant to the industry and products being inspected This includes familiarity with ISO standards industry-specific guidelines and customer requirements Measurement and Inspection Techniques Proficiency in using a variety of measurement tools and equipment such as calipers micrometers gauges and coordinate measuring machines CMMs to accurately assess dimensional accuracy surface finish and other critical attributes Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze and troubleshoot quality issues identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence Quality inspectors should be adept at problem-solving methodologies such as root cause analysis RCA and failure mode and effects analysis FMEA Documentation and Reporting Skill in documenting inspection results recording data accurately and preparing detailed inspection reports Clear and concise reporting is essential for communicating findings to relevant stakeholders and initiating corrective actions when necessary Communication Skills Effective communication with production personnel quality engineers and other team members to convey quality requirements discuss inspection findings and collaborate on improvement initiatives This includes providing feedback and guidance to operators and supervisors to address quality issues in real-time Adherence to Procedures Strict adherence to inspection procedures protocols and work instructions to ensure consistency and reliability in the inspection process Quality inspectors should follow established protocols while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing requirements or circumstances Time Management Efficient use of time and resources to conduct inspections within scheduled deadlines without compromising accuracy or thoroughness Prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively is crucial for meeting production schedules and customer demands Quality Awareness Cultivating a culture of quality within the organization by promoting awareness of quality standards best practices and the importance of quality in every aspect of operations Quality inspectors serve as ambassadors for quality excellence and continuous improvement initiatives Continuous Learning Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning to stay abreast of advancements in inspection technology quality management methodologies and industry trends This includes participation in training programs workshops and industry conferences Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
