In this role, you'll be at the forefront of engaging with new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience through proactive communication and support. Our current headcount is 250 employees, and we are expanding rapidly across different cities of India and we are looking for experienced Customer Support / Relationship Manager role to join our team. Key Responsibilities: For NUX (New User Experience): Make outbound calls to new users to guide them through the onboarding process. Assist in resolving basic user queries and ensure timely follow-ups. Share product information clearly and help users get started smoothly. Record interactions and feedback in CRM tools accurately. Collaborate with team members to improve the new user experience. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong enthusiasm for customer engagement and digital communication. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, social media platforms, and content trends. Ready to work in split shifts if required. Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute to a fast-paced team.
