**About the opportunity**
As Reelo grows, we're looking for a passionate Customer Support Intern for 6 months to join our team for the next phase of growth. You will be encouraged to utilize the best of your expertise & energy to make sure that the customer value is maintained and they get the best experience possible. Ultimately, you will help establish the firm’s reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales processes. You’ll have the opportunity to convert this internship to a full-time role after 6 months.
**What will you do?**
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, processes, & anything they need help with
Work with internal departments to meet customers needs
Data entry in various platforms
**What you need?**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem solving-skills with attention to detail
Combination of - patience, empathy, and positivity
Ability to multi - task, organize & prioritize work
Flexibility and agility to work with a start-up and be part of its growth
You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable and a team player.
