The opportunity

Unity Technologies is looking for a Credit and Collections Manager to be an integral part of our revenue accounting operations team You will be working cross functionally with our Sale Operations, Finance and Revenue accounting operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include supervising Collection Analysts (overseeing their work and performing first level reviews), partnering with cross functional teams to ensure systems and processes are set up to support efficient collections, and reporting collections activity and metrics to the Sr. Manager of Financial Operations.

This position requires working during late evening hours from 2 PM to 11 PM (IST), with a 1-hour lunch break included. Are you available to work during these Non-Shift hours

What You&aposll Be Doing

- Lead, mentor, and manage collections team providing direction, setting goals, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Drive achievement of collection targets, manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and minimize bad debt reserves.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and implement proactive measures for overdue accounts.
- Mentor and train collectors on collection activities via calls and emails to recover past-due balances and handle escalation calls or whenever the customer seeks supervisory intervention.
- Identify and lead automation and process improvement initiatives for the collections function.
- Prepared and ready to jump in to support the team and to assist customers in case of call overflow (queue, repos, bad debt, auctions) and AR trends analysis for month-end and Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

What We&aposre Looking For

- Strong experience of Credit Management and Collection management experience.
- Expertise in team management. Very strong Microsoft Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.) and experience working with large amounts of data.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to effectively work cross functionally with all levels of a company, particularly executive sales management.

- Order-to-Cash business process management experience.
