Job Title Sales Executive Location Sangli Kolhapur Maharashtra Job Type Full-Time Industry Fire Protection Contracting Trading Experience 1-4 years relevant sales marketing experience required Salary 12-18 K per month based on skills experience incentives Education Graduate Diploma in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Marketing Business Administration or related field Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Fire Protection Contracting business The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B Industrial sales preferably in fire protection industrial equipment sectors Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Identify potential clients generate leads and convert them into business Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and submit quotations proposals and tenders as required Follow up on inquiries quotations and outstanding payments Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products services Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Visit client sites for presentations meetings and negotiations Market Research Reporting Study market trends competitor activities and customer demands Provide inputs to management for business strategy and product positioning Maintain daily weekly sales reports and update CRM or Excel records Coordination Documentation Coordinate with the operations and project team for smooth order execution Ensure timely delivery installation and client satisfaction Maintain proper documentation for sales transactions and contracts Assist in preparing marketing materials presentations and brochures Skills Required Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Good knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer handling Basic understanding of fire protection systems mechanical or electrical materials Ability to prepare quotations BOQs and basic costing Proficient in MS Excel WhatsApp and digital communication tools Self-motivated target-driven and ability to work independently as well as in a team Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling fire protection safety construction or industrial products Knowledge of hydrant systems sprinklers extinguishers or related equipment Own two-wheeler four-wheeler with valid license for client visits Familiarity with ERP CRM software is an added advantage Working Hours Monday to Saturday 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM Flexible for client site visits Benefits Competitive Salary Attractive Incentives Travel Allowance as per company policy Opportunity to work on reputed industrial and commercial projects Career growth opportunities in Sales Business Development Contact details Er Sagar Dudhal Safe house fire engineering services Email- safehousefires gmail com Contact 7507557338 7020561080 Job Type Full-time
