Sales Executive

Job Summary We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Sales Executive to market our range of oils and lubricants to customers across various industries The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Key Responsibilities 1 Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for oils and lubricants 2 Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers 3 Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity 4 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets 5 Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers 6 Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction 7 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns 8 Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field 2 At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the oil and lubricants industry 3 Proven track record of achieving sales targets 4 Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills 5 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 7 Valid driver s license and willingness to travel Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Compensation Package Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Business development 3 years Preferred Sales Executive 3 years Preferred Language English Marathi Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
