Default language We are looking for a self-driven and proactive individual who takes initiative and takes full ownership of their processes You have a keen eye for detail while also maintaining a strong understanding of the bigger picture You think logically and understand how different processes interconnect and impact one another As a person you are social service-minded and an excellent collaborator and communicator You enjoy networking and building strong relationships even in remote settings To be the perfect fit for this role you should be highly motivated by meeting the needs of others and making a meaningful impact on the business You thrive in a dynamic evolving environment and of course live and share our values In this role you will manage databases and documentation flows efficiently We believe you have relevant education and or work experience in administration and are proficient in advanced MS Office tools To succeed in this role you should have excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi including strong writing and speaking skills In this role you will report to Sales Leasing Administration Team Leader and your place of work will be Gurgaon India Key responsibilities title A day in your life with us Key responsibilities text As a Lease Administration Specialist your primary mission is to ensure a smooth and high-quality administrative process within sales and leasing by ensuring full compliance with relevant standards and procedures Also you will Ensure the efficient and timely preparation signing and administration of sales and lease contracts as well as other relevant documents in strict compliance with applicable standards and procedures Own and manage the protocol of disagreement process coordinating with other relevant stakeholders Provide support to sales leasing teams and Meeting Places throughout the sales leasing administration process Work closely with the Sales Leasing Administration Team Leader to analyze and improve process efficiency minimize gaps and proactively provide relevant input to the Sales Leasing Administration Team Leader Ensure timely updates of relevant databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date data and records Ensure that all required documentation is properly stored organized and readily available upon request Collaborate with key stakeholders in Meeting Places Domains centres of expertise and other relevant functions to gather necessary information for reports meetings or presentations related to lease administration Prepare well-structured and professional lease administration materials presentations and documentation requested by Domain colleagues ensuring clarity and accuracy in all reporting and communication Team vision title Together as a team Team vision text Together with IKEA Retail and Investments Ingka Centres is part of the Ingka Group As a long-term partner of IKEA we share the same vision culture and values What sets our businesses apart is how we bring that vision to life Our mission is to create a better everyday life beyond the home by developing virtual and physical Meeting Places -
