Responsibilities:

Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management / Client

Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

Bachelor%27s/ Master&rsquos degree in Engineering/Technology

PMP certified, if possible

Experience in managing midland large IT projects

Change management

Strong leadership capabilities

Strong written and verbal communications skills especially client level communications

Relationship building/Influencing skills

Management skills (MBA etc.)

IT Industry knowledge

Project management background

Relevant experience in IT industry

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor%27s Degree is required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred qualifications:

Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
