Company OverviewOur mission at Illusion Dental Laboratory is to provide only the highest quality dental restorations delivered in a timely fashion with attentive customer service We strive to provide the perfect blend of technical expertise personal service and dependable results We strongly believe in relationships based on communication and feedback We take pride in using only the best restorative systems be it Bruxzir Lava Zirconia Tilite PFM All-Ceramic Implants or Temporaries Illusion Dental Laboratory has 51-2000 employees The company website is The headquarters are located in Mumbai Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to join our team in Mumbai This executive-level position requires a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 30 years of work experience in factory operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving our dental laboratory s production processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of dental restorations Qualifications and Skills Experience in production planning ensuring efficient and effective workflow Mandatory skill Advanced knowledge of process improvement techniques to enhance productivity Mandatory skill Strong understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure all operations meet industry standards Mandatory skill Proven capability in supply chain management to oversee the complete production lifecycle Demonstrated team leadership skills to manage and guide operational staff effectively Experience in budgeting and financial planning to manage costs and maximize efficiency Hands-on knowledge of plant operations to maintain and improve factory performance Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives to consistently elevate operational standards Proven skills in leadership and supervision Demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing principles BTech PHD MSc in Engineering Added advantage if from Plastic Fibre Polymers Pharma etc industries Roles ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership to all aspects of the manufacturing operations Facilitate coach counsel and guide the manufacturing work group to ensure they can deliver results Educate develop and motivate a manufacturing work group to achieve required production results Develop and implement operating policies and procedures to achieve stated goals Strive for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to ensure efficiencies and eliminate waste and implement such plans through people processes procedures and equipment Exercise direct supervision over R D department general supervisors and line supervisors concerning production volume cost and quality of production to meet production schedules and delivery dates Meet financial objectives and goals by forecasting requirements and supporting the annual budget process Review production costs and product quality and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the plant Direct and lead all operations to achieve monthly profit results with a focus on operations throughout Company website
