Job Title**:Factory Supervisor**
Location**:Khupari, Palghar** (Relocation Required)
Educational Qualification**:12th Pass / Graduate**
Experience**:Familiarity with waste oil recycling processes preferred but not mandatory **(Training will be provided)

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all recycling processes run efficiently and according to schedule.
2. Maintain records of raw materials, chemicals, and supplies needed for the factory.
3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, worker attendance, and material usage.
4. Must be willing to relocate to the factory and stay on-site for supervision and operational needs.

**Skills**:
1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
3. Basic mechanical understanding of factory equipment and processes.
4. Good communication skills in managing workers and reporting to management.
5. Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic factory environment.

**Requirements**:
1. Must be willing to relocate and stay at the factory premises.
2. Must be flexible to work in weekends, and holidays, depending on production requirements.
3. Ability to work in an industrial environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Govandi, Palghar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
