Factory / Production Manager (Wada, Maharashtra)

Role Description

We are expanding and seeking a dedicated individual (or couple) to take charge of our factory operations in Wada, Maharashtra.

Who can oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain production timelines, and ensure smooth functioning of the unit. This is a live-in position ideal for someone (or a couple) looking for long-term stability and willing to relocate and settle in Wada. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all production activities, ensuring quality control measures are met, managing production schedules, and overseeing the operations of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Control protocols
  • Skills in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Prior experience in factory / production management preferred (but not mandatory if highly capable and committed)


• Strong leadership and organizational skills


• Willingness to relocate and settle in Wada
