Responsibilities and Duties
- Production Management: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and timely production of marble products.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all products meet high standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage the factory team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials while minimizing excess stock.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, performance metrics, and inventory levels. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the factory budget, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in the marble industry.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office.
Attributes:
