Ad Sales Manager - D2C | magicpin
Key Role Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital media sales / partnerships, preferably with D2C or consumer brands.
- Ability to design and sell advertising solutions across in-app assets (Display, Search, Video) and off-app channels (Influencers, Social, UGC).
- Strong network with marketing leaders, growth heads, and CMOs of D2C brands.
- D2C is scaling up fast at magicpin - we already work with Amazon, Lenskart, Puma, Bombay Shaving Company, GIVA, Spinny, etc., and need strong sales talent to further scale monetization within these and similar organizations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and execute a GTM strategy for monetization from D2C brands through advertising partnerships.
- Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with top D2C companies across categories (fashion, personal finance & investments, beauty, electronics, health, lifestyle, etc.).
- Work with growth/marketing leaders at D2C brands to structure full-funnel ad campaigns delivering measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful campaign execution and upsell opportunities.
- Track and share campaign insights with clients to drive renewals, cross-sell, and upsell of ad solutions.
