Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Ad Sales Manager. The Ad Sales Manager will be responsible for driving ad sales efforts by managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. Daily tasks include pitching to potential clients, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with marketing and other internal teams to optimize sales performance.

- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Marketing expertise
- Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in high-growth startups or similar environments is a plus
