What You'll Do:

  • Drive revenue through innovative audio and digital ad formats
  • Strengthen agency and direct brand relationships
  • Own your sales pipeline end-to-end
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client goals
  • Grow into a leadership role based on performance

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in ad sales
  • Proven experience in both agency and direct client handling
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising trends and strategy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to meet revenue targets and handle pressure with poise
