Job Description Kardex India PrivateLimited is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Life Cycle service Team in the role of LCS Operations Executive, to be based in Bangalore, India. This is a Full Time Position, which reports to the Director, Life Cycle Service. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Operation Executive serves as the primary point of contract customer support, overseeing all aspects of contract execution from planning to invoicing and reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring revenuecontinuity and maximizing operational efficiency by coordinating preventive maintenance activities and managing a team of field service professionals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Contract Lifecycle Management: You'll manage the complete contract lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance services. A key focus is to prevent revenueloss by ensuring all contractterms are met, and all services are accurately invoiced using SAP. Operations & Logistics: A primary responsibility is to efficiently schedule and dispatch maintenance visits, coordinating with Field Service Managers to optimize staff allocation and minimize customerdowntime. You'll use a machinedatabase to track and manage all equipment, including those under warranty. Stakeholder Communication: You'll be the centralhub for communication, providing high-level updates to the Life Cycle Service team and other key stakeholders. You'll also createand present regularreports (bi-monthly and monthly) on contract status,progress, and performance. Financial & Administrative Tasks: You'll handle all preventive maintenance invoicing( SAP Exposure is must), and assist with vendor registration and machine database management to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Cross functional Support: Support cross function in case of urgencies and slip into other back office work in case of absenceor at times during additional workload REQUIREMENTS Education: - Graduate or equivalent - Relevant experience can compensate for lack of education Relevant work-experience: - Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in a similarposition as a Operations Executive - Work exposure in SAP environment knowledge is must Language skills: - Local language(s) native or fluent (bothspeaking and writing) - English fluent (both speakingand writing) - English, Kannada, Hindi Behaviours required to perform this role: - Collaborates & team effectively. - Open and easy communicator - Ability to work under pressureand stressful conditions. - Service-minded - Ability to influence change across multiplelocations/functions and organizations. - Ability to Multitask Other skills/competences/qualifications: - Customer- and business-oriented - Financial and commercial awareness - Structured, self-organized and self-motivated - Independent and team player - Communication skills - Interpersonal skills - Personal effectiveness - Project management/coordination - Flexible - IT-knowledge (especially Microsoft Office) This role is only open to Indiancitizen
