**Essential and Critical Skills**:

- Providing regular update to Team Leaders and Managers on incidents and outstanding items.
- Ensure all critical incidents are communicated to senior management.
- Documentation of all incidents through ticketing system..
- Independently researches and develops new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within the team.
- A progressive thinker and problem solver, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity/complexity.
- Individual must be open to work in shift (13:30 - 22:30 IST)

**Skills Preferred to have**:

- Preferable to have hands on experience in project management tools.
- Preferable to have working experience in Linux environment.
- Knowledge in Database concepts and handling.
- Experience with automation tools, documentation & processes.
