Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, results-driven Senior Sales Follow-Up & Business Development Specialist with a proven track record in persistent follow-ups and lead engagement. This role focuses on nurturing existing leads and client relationships to convert open leads and generate referrals, rather than seeking new business. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting and closing deals, acting as the glue that binds our business development efforts together.

Key Responsibilities

Extreme Follow-Up & Lead Engagement

- Implement aggressive and strategic follow-ups via email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups with leads, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.
- Develop personalized offers, compelling messaging, and targeted engagement strategies to convert leads into clients.
- Analyze lead behavior and engagement patterns to optimize follow-up sequences.
- Manage an organized CRM system with meticulous task creation and follow-up reminders

Client Engagement & Referral Generation

- Build robust relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Actively engage clients on LinkedIn and other platforms to remain top of mind.

Multi-Channel Sales Communication

- Execute outreach and follow-ups through:
- Emails: Personalized sequences with compelling subject lines and action-driven content.
- Phone Calls & Voicemails: Direct engagement with decision-makers.
- SMS/Text Messages: Strategic and compliant mobile engagement.
- LinkedIn: Personal messages, connection requests, post engagement, and content sharing.
- Live Chat & Web Contact Forms: Prompt response and real-time lead engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 7+ years of proven experience in sales follow-ups, business development, or lead conversion.
- Demonstrated ability in persistent follow-up strategies with a history of closing deals.
- Mandatory experience in U.S.-based Healthcare Outsourcing / BPO.
- Exceptional communication skills fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Competence in conducting virtual sales demos and presentations confidently.
- Strong LinkedIn presence with experience in networking, engaging posts, and lead generation.
- A proactive and results-driven approach with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop customized outreach plans and execute them precisely.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through persistent follow-up strategies.

Educational Requirements

- A bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
- A master&aposs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred, especially for senior-level positions.
