Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position based in Kubadthal, Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base, managing daily inquiries, preparing quotations and sales reports, and contributing to strategies that achieve sales targets. The role also involves nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage new business leads Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Coordinate with internal teams such as production, dispatch, and marketing Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Visit clients as required (local travel) Qualifications Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage customer relationships professionally Good understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales strategy Basic technical awareness of industrial products such as silicon-coated fabrics, sleeves, and high-temperature materials (or willingness to learn) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with primary operations in Kubadthal Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Prior experience in industrial sales is an added advantage
