Job Description This is a remote position. About SPARK+ Technologies SPARK+ Technologies is a startup-driven product innovation company specializing in Web 2.0, Web 3.0, Blockchain, AI, and digital transformation. We partner with global clients across the USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia to design, build, and launch scalable digital products that reduce time to market and drive adoption. SPARK+ also operates SPARK+ Academia, a skills-first learning vertical, and SOLO Network, a futuristic workforce and credentialing ecosystem connecting students, institutions, and employers through internships, projects, and upskilling opportunities. SPARK+ Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive to manage end-to-end marketing and business development activities. This role involves campaign execution, client communication, product presentations, and market outreach. The ideal candidate is confident, communicative, and capable of representing the company professionally across marketing and growth initiatives. You will work closely with product, leadership, and client teams to drive visibility, engagement, and business opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute online and offline marketing and outreach campaigns - Manage social media, email marketing, and basic content distribution - Understand SPARK+ products and deliver product demos or presentations - Communicate with clients, partners, and collaborators for marketing and growth initiatives - Support branding, advertising, events, and promotional activities - Represent SPARK+ in meetings, events, webinars, or conferences - Conduct basic market and competitor research - Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports Requirements Requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence in speaking, writing, and presenting - Basic understanding of digital marketing and social platforms - Ability to plan tasks, manage timelines, and follow up consistently - Interest in technology or tech-enabled products is a plus Benefits - Real-world experience in business development within a tech startup - Exposure to global clients and product-led growth strategies - Performance-based rewards linked to outcomes - Certificate and potential long-term opportunities based on performance
