Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and a passion for working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Experience in taxation, GST, TDS and PF calculation, invoicing Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure smooth financial operations. Manage petty cash and oversee day-to-day office expenses. Streamline the reimbursement process to enhance efficiency and reduce delays Coordinate with management to obtain prior budget approvals for event planning and office celebrations. Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, Deductions, and benefits. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability. Assist in the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy. Experience in dealing with multiple clients, Maintain records of fixed assets and oversee depreciation schedules. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Experience in financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred). Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within a private limited company or similar environment. Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
