Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The role is based in Rajkot, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with clients, and developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Qualifications - Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning - Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Proposal Preparation - Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation capabilities - Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Sales strategies - Leadership qualities, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently and in teams - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields - Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
