Your Opportunity - Manage diverse inquiries from internal stakeholders related to candidates assessment experiences. - Understand and investigate customer inquiries received via phone and email from the Customer Service team. - Collaborate with varied departments to thoroughly investigate customer issues. - Utilize customer relations skills to take ownership of inquiries and deliver positive outcomes. - Contribute to process improvement by providing feedback and suggesting ways to avoid future customer issues. - Potentially engage with clients and assist with exciting projects. - Work a regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Our Successful Candidate - Exceptional customer service skills are a must. - Possess excellent attention to detail. - Take pride in your professional communication ability, both verbal and written. - Demonstrate curiosity and the ability to investigate and seek out answers across multiple technological platforms. - Possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or equivalent level qualifications (minimum required). A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. - Experience: Experience training, teaching, or coaching is desired.
