We will need a Program Coordinator for our LOB. Here is the job description.

Job Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Work from home

Shift: UK timings (+/- 1 hr depending on need)

Interview Mode: First round with Jibin followed by second round with me

Budget: 4.8-5.5 Lakhs per annum + Bonus

**Job Description**:

- Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, from offer acceptance to their first few weeks on the job, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner, including employment contracts, tax forms, and company policies.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Solicit feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience and make improvements based on their input. Track onboarding metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the program.
- Liaison with Hiring Managers: Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the onboarding process. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on new hire progress and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in onboarding, HR administration, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in onboarding or program coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to new hires and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities
