We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage client interactions resolve issues and build long-term relationships The role requires excellent communication problem-solving skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiences that contribute to business growth and retention Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone email and in-person meetings Address customer queries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Coordinate with internal teams sales operations service to fulfil customer requirements Keep accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback Assist in client onboarding service agreements and account management Identify opportunities to upsell cross-sell company products and services Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and service quality Support in organizing customer engagement activities surveys and feedback collection Prepare reports on customer interactions satisfaction levels and service performance Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving ability with customer-first mindset Patience empathy and active listening skills Ability to handle difficult situations professionally Good organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and customer service software Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 1-3 years of experience in customer service client relations or sales support Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
