Key Responsibilities Store Operations Management Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth functioning. Sales and Business Development Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor sales performance and analyze customer preferences and market trends. Plan promotional activities, discounts, and campaigns to attract customers. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Inventory and Stock Management Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products. Maintain accurate inventory records and reduce stock shrinkage or wastage. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for stock procurement and delivery. Customer Service Excellence Provide high-quality service to customers, resolving complaints and queries effectively. Ensure a welcoming store environment to enhance customer experience. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Team Leadership and Training Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to maintain high service standards. Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback and motivation. Conduct regular training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability of the store. Oversee billing, cash management, and daily sales reports. Ensure compliance with audit, safety, and company policies. Reporting & Communication Prepare regular sales, expense, and performance reports for management. Communicate company goals, new policies, and updates to store staff. Act as the point of contact between senior management and store employees. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Sales-driven mindset with problem-solving and conflict management skills. Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management. Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and basic financial reporting. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Commerce.
