Position: Business Development TraineeIntroduction We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Trainee to join our growing organization. You will work closely with the senior sales team to identify leads, build client relationships, promote company products/services, and support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Generate leads through cold calling, online research, social media, and referrals. Maintain a database of prospective clients and update records regularly. 2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building Contact prospective clients to introduce products/services and generate interest. Schedule meetings, demos, or presentations with potential customers. Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. 3. Sales & Business Support Support the sales team in pitching solutions to clients and closing deals. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products or services. Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals. 4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Analyze client feedback and suggest strategies to improve business outreach. Assist in developing marketing and sales strategies based on market data. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and conversions. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to managers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
