Key Responsibilities - Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs career options admission procedures and eligibility - Handle inbound and outbound calls walk-ins and online inquiries for admissions - Follow up with potential students via phone calls emails and messages to convert inquiries into admissions - Provide accurate information about courses fees scholarships and career opportunities - Maintain records of student inquiries follow-ups and admissions in the CRM system - Participate in admission campaigns seminars school college visits and promotional events - Build strong relationships with students parents and educational partners - Meet individual and team admission targets within deadlines - Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students Key Skills Competencies - Excellent communication interpersonal skills - Strong convincing and presentation skills - Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude - Ability to handle pressure and meet targets - Proficiency in MS Office CRM and online communication tools - Fluency in English Hindi and regional languages as per location preference Qualifications Experience - Bachelor s degree in any field Education Management Marketing preferred - 1-3 years of experience in counseling sales or customer service freshers with good communication skills may also apply - Experience in the education sector or EdTech will be an added advantage ref updazz com
