Your Profile

Delmia Support Engineerto join our Virtual Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Dassault Systmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly in supporting and customizingDELMIA,CATIA, and related PLM tools. This role involves providing technical support, managing deployments, developing customizations, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring seamless integration of digital manufacturing solutions across the enterprise.

Your Role

- ProvideL1/L2/L3 supportfor 3DEXPERIENCE native applications includingDELMIA,CATIA, and associated infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues logged inServiceNowwithin defined SLA metrics (P1/P2/P3/P4).
- Supportchange management,andBOM managementprocesses.
- Develop and maintainEKL scripts,VBA macros,CAA customizations, andautomation scripts(PowerShell, Batch, C#).
- ManageMulti site FCS,DSLS,3DIndex,3DPassport, andFTS (Master/Slave Configuration)servers for optimal performance and uptime.
- Administer user accounts, license assignments, and centralized settings usingMember Management.
