Your Profile

Delmia Support Engineer to join our Virtual Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly in supporting and customizing DELMIA , CATIA , and related PLM tools. This role involves providing technical support, managing deployments, developing customizations, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring seamless integration of digital manufacturing solutions across the enterprise.

Your Role
  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE native applications including DELMIA , CATIA , and associated infrastructure components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues logged in ServiceNow within defined SLA metrics (P1/P2/P3/P4).
  • Support change management , and BOM management processes.
  • Develop and maintain EKL scripts , VBA macros , CAA customizations , and automation scripts (PowerShell, Batch, C#).
  • Manage Multi site FCS , DSLS , 3DIndex , 3DPassport , and FTS (Master/Slave Configuration) servers for optimal performance and uptime.
  • Administer user accounts, license assignments, and centralized settings using Member Management .
