Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions to meet sales and distribution needs. - Configure SAP SD modules including pricing, order management, shipping, billing, and credit management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM) for integrated business process implementations. - Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues in production and testing environments. - Develop and document business process workflows, functional specifications, and test plans. - Conduct end-user training sessions and create training materials. - Participate in SAP SD system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. - Assist in data migration, testing, and go-live activities. - Stay updated on SAP best practices and emerging SD functionalities. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. - 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant. - Strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution module and its integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in configuring pricing, sales order processing, shipping, billing, and credit management. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Experience with SAP implementation lifecycle including blueprinting, testing, and support. Desirable Skills and Certifications: - SAP SD Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate Sales and Distribution). - Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to SD. - Experience with SAP CRM or SAP C/4HANA integration. - Understanding of industry-specific sales and distribution processes (manufacturing, retail, etc.). - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
