Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead in Stock Market located in Gurgaon 67, India. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the research team, developing data-driven trading strategies, monitoring market trends, and making informed investment decisions. The role includes supervising trading activities, ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, and delivering actionable market insights to clients. Qualifications - Strong analytical skills and experience in developing stock market trading and Sales strategies - Proficiency in Managing Sales Team and achieving Sales Target. - Leadership and team management skills - Ability to monitor market trends and provide actionable insights - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with SEBI regulations and compliance - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field - Proven track record in equity, derivatives, and commodities markets - NISM or CFA Certification Preferred.
