Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team in Chennai The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various HR functions and will be responsible for overseeing HR activities for multiple locations within the region This is a crucial role aimed at ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals to support our continued growth Job PurposeManaging Human Resource Business Partner role for the Region and is responsible for execution and implementation of People strategy in the areas of talent management employee relations and change management to achieve regional business goals Education QualificationsGraduation Post GraduateKey Responsibilities Partner with business and regional leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives Drive HR mandate for the region in collaboration with regional teams to address People matters and organizational design restructuring Provide regional intelligence in annual budget planning forecasting process with business function heads HR COE Identify and foresee organizational changes related to people matters diagnose underlying issues and construct a case for change with stakeholders Ensure ongoing supply and demand analysis for all functions on current and future staffing and skills needs Implement best in-class talent management practices that attract and develop high-potential diverse talent for the business units Support employee engagement strategies in response to business needs and employee survey feedback Facilitate investigations pertaining to disciplinary and or fraud cases as appropriate and ensure satisfactory remediation and closure Partner with the business unit leaders to ensure that employees are treated in an equitable and consistent manner following Reliance Retail policies and practices Lead motivate and mentor direct reports beyond immediate functional responsibility to improve employee NPS and nurture talent Oversee the execution of HR policies relevant to their team including hiring decisions and performance management Provide guidance and coaching to business unit management that will enable them to be more successful as they lead their teams Key Performance Indicators Employee turnover rate Employee engagement index Average recruitment cycle time in days 100 adherence to all statutory compliances Percentage of HR initiatives completed within timelines and budgets Adherence of PMS to timelines and process Closure of disciplinary fraud cases Job Requirements Functional Competencies Strategic Positioner Analytical ability Change champion Problem solving capability Listening and communication skills Relationship building Technology proponent Behavioural Competencies Collaboration and team work Learning and innovation Information Management Critical thinking
