Job Description

Technical Skills:

- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- QA Automation: Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, Karate
- Test/Defect Management: Jira, Zephyr
- CICD: Jenkins, GitHub
- REST APIs
- Programming Languages: Java (UI & API Automation)
- Version Control: SVN, Git
- Linux: Experience with Linux-based test applications and utilities (curl, netcat, etc.)
- Web Application Servers & Containers: Tomcat, Docker

Primary / Mandatory Skills:

- Extensive experience in quality assurance with emphasis on front-end and back-end APIs and infrastructure.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is a must.
- Salesforce Application Automation is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with UI & API Automation using Java.
- Experience in Test/Defect Management tools (preferably in JIRA/Zephyr).
- Exposure to Framework Development.
- Good to have experience in Telecom Domain or E-commerce Applications.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes.
- Experience with CI/CD and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, etc.).
- Experience with configuration management systems (e.g., SVN, Git).
- Experience with Linux-based test applications and utilities.
- Experience with web application servers and containers (e.g., Tomcat, Docker).
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Qualifications:

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
