Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Testing Automation Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for verifying and automating various CRM flows, data, and portals as requested by different user groups in the organization.

This position involves working in a cross-functional environment with Development, IT, Customer Care, Sales, and Marketing teams. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand major systems architecture and technologies and possess excellent debugging techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Scrum teams to execute Agile methodologies.
  • Analyze requirements to develop effective test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborate with Functional Leads and developers to clarify requirements and ensure understanding of actual development.
  • Own the production bug flow to provide timely support to business users.
  • Generate quality reports and dashboards internally and for leaders and project managers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Provar automation tool with global colleagues and the Provar support team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education required. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SFDC development/implementation or software testing.

Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality particularly.

Provar certifications and hands-on experience on Provar testing automation.

Source control and CI/CD management of Provar scenarios.

Knowledge of ERP/SAP and interfaces with it and SFDC.

Good hands-on knowledge of SQL Queries, Inspector, Workbench, and Data loader.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with good time-management skills.

Salesforce certifications (Preferably Sales and Service Cloud).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-learner with a constant strive for additional education in the testing field.

Proficient English - Reading & Writing.
