Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving sales, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and have strong communication & relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities Identify and generate quality leads through online and offline channels.
Convert leads into active clients by providing effective consultation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the counselling and marketing teams to optimize conversions.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and progress.
Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or IT).
1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development .
Strong communication and persuasive skills (English proficiency required).
Ability to work with CRM tools and lead-tracking platforms.
Knowledge of visa & immigration services or education sector will be an added advantage.
