Job Description The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy. Location:- Hyderabad /Noida/ Chennai Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities. - Qualify leads to determine their needs, budget, and decision-making process. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Sales Reporting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 6+ years relevant management experience - Excellent communication skills - Team player - Self starter
