Job Title HR Officer - Performance Management Location Irumbuppalam Kollam Kerala On-site Employment Type Full-time Salary 30 000 - 35 000 per month About the Role We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Officer - Performance Management to take ownership of core HR operations and people initiatives at our Irumbuppalam Kollam office The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment onboarding performance management and compliance while supporting the leadership team in enhancing workforce productivity especially within the sales and operations teams If you are passionate about HR enjoy a mix of people management and process improvement and want to grow your career in a dynamic work environment this is a great opportunity for you Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding payroll attendance and exit processes Implement and monitor performance management systems to track and improve team productivity Coordinate appraisals performance reviews and KPI tracking for sales and support teams Ensure compliance with PF ESI Gratuity and labor laws and assist in audits and documentation Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive work culture Maintain HR databases employee records and reports using HRMS tools Identify training needs and organize learning and development activities to enhance skills and motivation Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields 2-5 years of HR experience with at least 1 year handling performance management or HR operations Good understanding of HRMS systems Excel and statutory compliance Strong analytical interpersonal and communication skills Should be based in or willing to travel daily to Irumbuppalam Kollam Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices is an advantage Why Join Us Opportunity to take independent ownership of HR operations Work in a supportive growth-focused environment Competitive salary package with career advancement opportunities Be part of a company that values performance learning and teamwor Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month
