Job Title HR and Performance manager Location Irumbuppalam Kollam Kerala On-site Employment Type Full-time Salary 30 000 - 40 000 per month About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Performance manager to lead key HR functions and support organizational growth at our Irumbuppalam Kollam office This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding performance evaluation and compliance while working closely with management to enhance employee engagement and productivity particularly within the sales and operations teams If you re passionate about HR thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy blending people management with process optimization we d love to have you on our team Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle HR operations such as recruitment onboarding payroll attendance and offboarding Implement track and optimize performance management systems to drive team efficiency Coordinate appraisals performance reviews and KPI assessments for sales and support teams Ensure compliance with PF ESI Gratuity and labor laws assist in audits and documentation Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment Maintain HR databases employee files and performance records using HRMS tools Identify training needs and organize skill development programs to boost employee performance Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related discipline 2-5 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in performance management or HR operations Sound knowledge of HRMS systems MS Excel and statutory compliance Excellent communication analytical and interpersonal skills Must be based in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam Kollam Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is an added advantage Why Join Us Opportunity to take full ownership of HR operations and performance initiatives Supportive growth-oriented work culture that values innovation and teamwork Competitive salary and opportunities for career advancement Be part of a forward-thinking organization that values performance learning and collaboration Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
