Job Title HR Performance manager Location Irumbuppalam Kollam Kerala On-site Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are looking for an energetic and hands-on HR Performance manager to join our growing team in Irumbuppalam Kollam The ideal candidate will take ownership of key HR functions ranging from recruitment and employee engagement to performance monitoring and compliance This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to workforce growth productivity and organizational success especially within our dynamic sales division Key Responsibilities Support and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee engagement and exit formalities Drive performance management initiatives set KPIs monitor progress and support teams to achieve targets Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate learning development programs Maintain accurate employee data payroll inputs attendance and statutory documentation through HRMS tools Ensure compliance with labor laws PF ESI and other statutory regulations Conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture Assist management with HR analytics and reports for decision-making and performance tracking Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles experience in performance management preferred Good understanding of statutory compliance and HRMS systems Proficient in Excel and data reporting Excellent interpersonal analytical and communication skills Must be based in or willing to commute daily to Irumbuppalam Kollam Familiarity with Kerala labor laws is an added advantage Why Join Us Opportunity to work closely with leadership and make an impact A collaborative and performance-driven work environment Career growth and learning opportunities within a fast-growing organization Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month
