Senior Presales Solutions Specialist

As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist, you will leverage over a decade of industry expertise to craft and present advanced technical solutions tailored to Health Tech and Industry 4.0 markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze client needs, architect innovative solutions, and position the company as a trusted partner for digital transformation. Job Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in technology industry as Solutions Expert cum Pre-Sales Specialist. - Preferably managed a team of junior pre-sales executives, with adequate guidance and measurable outcomes. - Proven experience in Health Tech and Manufacturing industry particularly focused on Connected Medical Devices and Industry 4.0 Solutions. - Highly Technical with in-depth expertise on Hardware / Embedded / Firmware Engineering, having vast knowledge of Silicon Platforms and Middleware Apps. - First-hand experience working Sales Team and Practice Heads to define / to execute / to realize GTM strategy and Revenue goals. - Proven experience in handling Prospect / Customer calls, and when required meeting in-person for technical confidence building exercise. - Liaison with Marketing Team to share tech solutions ideas, in-turn providing relevant information for in-trend campaign activities. - Bridge between Sales Heads, Practice Heads, Engineering Heads as technical solutions expert, supporting each Revenue / Delivery goals Education: - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical field. Industry Experience: - Expertise in smart manufacturing, IoT-enabled automation, robotics integration, and digital twins. - Knowledge of industrial protocols (e.G., OPC-UA, SCADA) and advanced manufacturing technologies like additive manufacturing. - In-depth experience with healthcare platforms (e.G., EHR/EMR systems, telemedicine) and compliance standards (e.G., HIPAA, MDR). - Familiarity with health analytics, Medical IoT devices, and interoperability frameworks like HL7 and FHIR.
