This role is responsible to create review implement credit policy for Cross Sell business in line with business requirements Also responsible for maintaining productivity delivering solutions as per predefined SLAs and implementing policy related enhancements xef x82 xb7 Formulating and implementing policy procedures guidelines for Cross Sell Personal Loan credit appraisal xef x82 xb7 Interacting with cross functional teams and driving the credit policy agenda and ensuring correct implementation of credit policy guidelines in origination system and decisioning platforms xef x82 xb7 Analyzing the market trends practices and benchmarking of policies with the market xef x82 xb7 Establishing a robust Credit Analytic Frameworks to identify early warning signals credit risk process inputs and customer segment wise risk factors xef x82 xb7 Ensure that data integrity is maintained and meet all ISO process standards as per the organizations credit policy xef x82 xb7 Analysis of portfolio and ensuring Portfolio monitoring trigger reviews delinquency control xef x82 xb7 Identify and implement system and process improvements to ensure accurate thorough data is available to support high quality analysis xef x82 xb7 Drive portfolio management initiatives through the credit cycle management framework by working in partnership with product managers credit approval team credit operations team and collection team xef x82 xb7 Manage the interface with External Internal Auditors Design controls to meet all regulatory internal requirements xef x82 xb7 Work in partnership with credit systems support team to implement key credit policy criteria in relevant credit acceptance evaluation systems xef x82 xb7 Assist in developing and implementing training programs to improve the quality and productivity of the team
