Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement & Inventory professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in managing procurement processes and inventory control, ensuring that our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
- Implement inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in procurement and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
