The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a team of advisors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients. Responsibilities include strategic planning, Recruitment, sales, targets, performance monitoring, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and advisors. The Manager will also be involved in developing and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
